Job Description
Concierge (On-Call)Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club is looking for a Concierge. Primary responsibility will be to serve as Ambassador of the Hotel and Golf Club by providing special assistance and information about the property and local area attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction.
The ideal applicant will have an excellent customer service background with at least 2 years of previous experience in the hospitality, travel industry, or related field, as well as dealing directly with well-traveled visitors and guests. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, be well organized, possess working knowledge of cash handling & math skills, and have a professional appearance. Familiarity with hotel property management systems a plus. Interested applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule (available all shifts).
Bilingual in Japanese required.
