After school Reading and Math tutors (Konawaena Elementary)
Job Description
The Reading Clinic is hiring tutors for after school math and reading tutoring sessions at Konawaena Elementary. If you have experience tutoring and can tutor for 1 hr after school (2:30-3:30) either 2 days per week or 4 days per week, we want to hear from you. You are paid according to how many kids are in your group, 1-2 students =$15/hr and 6 kids (usually our biggest group) is $35/ hr. We currently have 8 students at Konawaena Elementary waiting to be assessed, grouped and tutored. We provide all assessment materials, curricula, support, training. Our coordinators group the students for you and handle all those details, arranging it all with the parents. This position requires commitment to one's group--groups attend tutoring for about 8 weeks, 2 days per week.
